WHAT IS A CUE CARD?
In the IELTS speaking test, the candidate is required to speak on a topic for about 1 to 2 minutes. The pattern of IELTS exam is designed to check the understanding level of English. The important thing to keep in mind that the topic given in IELTS speaking test cannot be changed. With the speaking topic, 3 to 4 cues are provided which helps candidates to answer the question to the point.

Well, school memories are the most cherished experiences of almost everybody’s life. I acquired my pre-primary, primary, and secondary education in the same school, which is The Saraswati Vidyamandir located in Mumbai.
I vividly remember the first day of my school. It was initially a disastrous experience for me and my parents, which now feels hilarious after growing up. So, the story goes like this. I was miserable when I was told that I’ll be going to school. My mother tried every trick in her bag to convince me otherwise, but I wouldn’t budge and instead created a big scene in my house running here and there. Frustratingly, my father came up with an idea. He told me to stop crying and that is taking me out to buy my favorite chocolates. However, he actually took me to the school and handed me over to the teacher who took me inside the classroom. I started walking towards the classroom, staring angrily at my father all this while.
All things said, once I was inside the classroom, the teacher made me sit on the bench with some students I instantly became friends with. So, I realized school is not such a bad place after all. I spent the remaining day studying, laughing, and playing with my friends and had a great experience. To top it all, as soon as I got home, I found my entire family laughing at me and poking fun, especially my father and grandfather. So, overall it was and all’s well that ends the well experience.
