Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in regard to my recent purchase of Dell laptop from your reputed store.
I am Steve and last Friday, I bought Dell laptop. I purchased this laptop for my work. First few days, the machine worked very well; however, from last couple of days, I am facing issues with keyboard keys. When I press some keys, they do not work at all.
My work involves a lot of typing work. When I use virtual keyboard, it wastes a lot of time. I make a lot of spelling mistakes while typing as some keys are not working. I have to spend a lot of time for rechecking my work. I have lost my efficiency at work.
I would like to replace this whole machine. This laptop comes with 2 years of warranty and I am entitled to ask for the replacement of this machine. I request you to send an employee at my home to hand over a brand new machine and take this faulty laptop. The receipt of the laptop has been enclosed with this letter.
