Describe a person who speaks foreign language well | IELTS Speaking Cue Card

I know many people who can speak more than one language, as in Indian society except for local language people also have to learn Hindi and English. I also have curiosity regarding learning languages, and here I would like to talk about my friend (Name of Person) who is very good in French. I met him a long time ago on tour and became a friend of mine. He told me that he always wanted to learn an exotic language and during his graduation, he chose a French subject and completed a Masters in the French language as a major subject. Then, he started working in an international call centre which takes the calls from French-speaking countries. He worked on speaking a lot to achieve fluency. There were specials classes were organised to improve the languages skills of employees. He also cleared the French language exam and achieved level C, which is the highest level. Now, he is a teacher in Delhi University and working as a professor as an expert in the French language. I liked his dedication towards learning, and he speaks this language so fluently that it’s tough to distinguish that he is a native speaker or not. All in all, I would say his hard work made him learn this foreign language.
