WHAT IS A CUE CARD?
In the IELTS speaking test, the candidate is required to speak on a topic for about 1 to 2 minutes. The pattern of IELTS exam is designed to check the understanding level of English. The important thing to keep in mind that the topic given in IELTS speaking test cannot be changed. With the speaking topic, 3 to 4 cues are provided which helps candidates to answer the question to the point.

To commence with, ambition and goals should have a significant presence in everybody’s life as they provide the necessary motivation to achieve and learn something new. As with these, life becomes sluggish and comes to a standstill. Thus, I have set some targets for myself to achieve.
That being said, one goal which I want to achieve at the earliest is to become fluent in Sanskrit. It is known in India as God’s own language. Additionally, it is also regarded as the most phonetically developed language in the world. Presently, some organisations, for instance, NASA, have deemed it to be the most apt language for computers. Furthermore, it is the language of Vedas and all the ancient literary works in India and it’s no secret that they comprehend knowledge about all aspects of human life, be it science, way of life, medicinal science, astronomy, cosmos, the list is endless actually.
This language has intrigued and fascinated me since childhood. I used to always read different Sanskrit scriptures and manuscripts but failed to understand a lot of words as I lacked detailed knowledge and fluency. So, to eradicate this issue, I have joined a language academy, which is just a stone’s throw away from my house. Moreover, nowadays there are tonnes of phone applications available on mobile phones that foster a great learning experience for me. My course will span about 2 years making me an expert in Sanskrit. So, right now I am just working towards learning the nuances and peculiarities of the language and patiently waiting to gain expertise in this beautiful language.
