Canada held a new Express Entry draw this Friday, 16 April 2021, candidates having scored at least 417 points were invited in this draw.
IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) issued 6,000 ITA’s(Invitation to Apply) for permanent residence who belong to Candian Experience Class. IRCC issued 1000 more invitations as compared to the previous draw and scores are 15 points less.
In the latest draw, candidates having Canadian experience who had a minimum of 417 were invited to apply. Those applicants must have submitted their Express Entry profile before 1 March 2021 as per the tie-break rule. Cut-off time is published by IRCC for the tie-break rule.
In the latest statement, David Cohen said, “IRCC continues to work overtime in 2021. This late-Friday draw shows just how committed they are to achieving their 401,000 newcomer target this year in support of Canada’s economic growth.”
