Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to inform you that I can no longer work as a computer assistant in your hospital. Currently, I come for 2 hours on weekdays to do unpaid work at your organisation.
My main job responsibilities are to keep the patients records up to date. Whenever I have free time, I go to serve elderly patients as my grandparents are no longer in the world. Helping and spending time with old people give me immense pleasure.
The reason why I cannot continue this work is that the final semester of my degree is going to start next month, and I need extra time to spend on thesis work. At the end of the session, thesis submission is required to earn a masters degree in computer programming.
