I made full arrangements for my travel, however, my mother fell from stairs at home and she has been hospitalized. Her arm is broken and there is no one at home to look after her. She is also travelling with me. More importantly, I cannot leave her alone in this situation.
Therefore, I request you to kindly reschedule my flight for 31st January 2021. As per your company’s policy, I can change the date for travel without any charges if I request 10 days before the day of boarding the flight. Kindly send me confirmation as soon as possible.
