You recently organised an all-day meeting for you company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feeback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter,
- Say what the participants liked about the hotel
- Explain why they were unhappy about the food
- Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in the future.
Dear Manager,
I am writing in regard to you for giving feedback for the meeting that I had organised the last Sunday.
All participants of the meetings were overwhelmed by the arrangements provided by the hotel management. They also liked the behaviour of all staff to guide to the meeting venue.
However, the main concern raised by the most of attendees was the aweful food served during the lunch break. It seemed that the food was not freshly cooked and a strange smell was coming from it. When it was complained to the floor supervisor, he immediately changed all food items.
I would like to give recommendation that samples of the food should be tasted by the supervisor or the manager. This will ensure that there are no stones left unturned to provide the best quality food to visitors. I hope you would consider my advice in the future meetings.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
John Steve.
