Dear Simon,
Greetings! Hope you find this letter in the best of your health and prosperity. I am writing this exclusively to inform you that I shifted my residence from Model Town to WaterFront Town in Ludhiana itself.
As you know that my home in Model Town was not big enough for growing my family as my parents reside with me. Therefore, from the last six months, I was searching for a new house in a better residential area. Moreover, Model Town is now too congested to live in and my father is suffering from asthma and due to increasing air pollution in this area, my father has experienced severe attacks.
Waterfront is a newly build township with all modern facilities. As it is located outside the city, one can enjoy the fresh air coming from fields. There is also a community park and a lake which enhances the beauty of this place. My family is really enjoying the new house.
It has been one year we did not see each other, therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to formally invite you to my new residence. The address has been enclosed with this letter. I hope we will have a memorable time and do let me when you are coming.
