You have been doing some work voluntary work to help your local community. However, now you are unable to continue doing this work. Write a letter to the manager of the organisation where you have been working. In your letter :
- Describe the work you have been doing
- Explain why you can no longer do this work
- Recommend another person who is interested in the work.
Dear Susan,
I am working in your Steve’s Hospital as a student volunteer from last six months. Unfortunately, I cannot continue my service to your organisation.
My primary task at hospital is to assist your organisation’s computer head. I help him to resolve the computer related isssues like fixing minor software bugs or check hardware issues in machines. Additionally , if I have extra time, I love to help old people and spend some time with them so that they do not feel lonely at hospital. I daily come here for 2 hours.
Although, I love coming everyday, however, in the next semester , I am going to choose an extra subject in order to help me acquire a decent job. Therefore, from the upcoming month, I will not be able to come to the hospital.
One of my friends is willing to volunteer in my place in case if you are interested to appoint someone. I can schedule a meeting to discuss job responsibilities. I have had a wonderful time working with all of you.
