You bought a computer from a local store with a complimentary installation. However, the delivery man refused to install, saying it is not part of his job.
Write to the manager about the bad behaviour of the employee.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings! With profound regret, I am writing this letter to express disappointment regarding installation service that you provide.
Recently, a new computer system was purchased from your esteemed store, and you offered free installation at my home by your expert technician after installing all the wires and turned it on to show me that it was working. However, no operating system was installed in the computer, and therefore only black screen of DOS was appearing. A request to install the operating system.was made by me, however, he refused because it is not included in the free installation, but you promised this during purchase. He left my home while arguing on this matter.
I request you to send another technician to complete the service offered. A written apology is anticipated from your service centre, and I believe this type of unusual behaviour of your employee tarnish the goodwill of your organisation. A copy of the invoice has been attached to this letter.
Looking forward to your prompt action.
Thanking you.
Warm regards,
John.
