Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor quality of food and service at your prestigious restaurant.
On 1st December, I came with my friend to celebrate my birthday at your restaurant. I heard a lot about your gourmet food and quality of service. To great dismay, this turned out totally sham.
Firstly, the waiter’s attitude was too rude and he was very impatient to make an order. When the order was served, the food was cold. The taste of the food was awful. No one expects this kind of service when people pay a visit to such an expensive restaurant.
To make matters worse, we had food poisoning after dinner at your hotel. Therefore, we want a full refund of the amount that we spent at your restaurant. The receipt has been enclosed with this letter.
