After I finished the classes at the institute, I went to the bus stop to catch the bus for my home. The bus was very crowdy, and I bought the ticket and put my wallet into the pocket which contained my collage proof, credit card and checked my pocket, I realised that my purse was stolen. I already filed a complaint at the local police station.
There are many reasons why I need a card. Firstly, I cannot get any discount to use any public transport, and student proof is necessary to get into the library. Without having any evidence, I cannot make any transaction from my bank account, and I have no money in my pocket right now.
I request you to issue a duplicate identity card so that I can use the necessary service bus and library. I have attached a copy of the complaint that I filed at the police station.
