Dear sir,
I am Jake Smith living besides where your organisation building a new office in Model Town Extension, Urban Estates. I have some complaints regarding the workers who are on duty.
Employees working at site play music very loudly and due to this, my children are not able to concentrate on their studies. As you know that the current month is quite important because the final exams of matriculation are conducted. A lot of dust is generated on the construction site which sometimes so worse that it becomes difficult to breathe in the open air. There are many people in the local area having complaints of asthma. Moreover, currently, flooring work is being carried out which is making air pollution quite intense.
I urge you to instruct your workers to listen to music at a low volume. For controlling dust, water can be sprayed at regular intervals to decrease the air pollution level. The construction areas can also be covered with protective materials so that dust particles can be trapped.
