Dear Tim,
I hope you find this letter in radiant health and best of spirits. I am writing this letter to do a favour for me while I am away with my family for 15 days.
My company assigned an assignment for me to complete in Mumbai. Therefore I am going there next week with my family. It is the best time to see my relatives living there and many times they invited us to pay a visit to their home. While I am at work, my other family members can explore cit and do sightseeing.
It would be great if you can look after my home while we are away. During the daytime, it is quite safe as my house is in a busy street. However, it is not convenient to have a locked home at night, as recently, many theft incidents are reported in the local area.
You can collect spare front door keys from my neighbour. In the kitchen, you can easily find eatables because all containers are labelled.
Inside the refrigerator, you can find fruits and other things.
