Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my concern about the garbage collection system in Park Street of the town.
In the Park Street, the garbage collection van comes twice a week to take away the rubbish collected in the bins. There has been a huge surge in rubbish as many new family moved to a newly build apartment building at the Park Street. The bins installed at streets are not enough to cope with increased household waste.
Overflowing bins in the streets are causing a total menace. A stringent smell is coming in the street because the waste is being dumped around the bins by the local people. It has become quite difficult to walk in the street. Also, many parts of the street have become paradise for mosquitoes and people are suffering from different diseases.
To tackle this situation, it would be best to install new bins and increase the frequency to take away the rubbish to four times a week. In addition to it, a proper sanitization should be carried out to curb the further breeding of mosquitoes.
I hope you will take a note on this matter as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Smith.
