WHAT IS A CUE CARD?
In the IELTS speaking test, the candidate is required to speak on a topic for about 1 to 2 minutes. The pattern of IELTS exam is designed to check the understanding level of English. The important thing to keep in mind that the topic given in IELTS speaking test cannot be changed. With the speaking topic, 3 to 4 cues are provided which helps candidates to answer the question to the point.

Well, I have been on vacation for numerous time and once I had a strange holiday. So I’d like to talk about that tour. Last December, I had been on a tour of Bali, Indonesia. I had organised this tour for my whole family. Additionally, a few of my friends also had booked their air tickets for the same flight. They also came with us on that tour.
So, all of us safely arrived at Bali International Airport at the right time. Based on our plan, we must have visited the temples there. However, this tour turned out going to a very strange place, a village of a human skull known as Trunyan village. I asked the driver about this strange village, and he told us that in this oldest village, the way villagers take care of the corpses of their family members is so weird. When a person dies in the town, their body is placed in a bamboo cage and left to decompose. The cages are placed underneath an ancient tree, which gives off a fragrant scent that helps to mask the smell of death. He also told us that only eleven corpses could be placed under that ancient tree. If a new corpse arrives, the old one will be removed to make room for the new inhabitant.
Moreover, not all the dead bodies can be rested in this cemetery; only those who died of natural causes are allowed. A person who died in an accident can’t be treated in the same way and should be buried. We saw a lot of skeletons on the sides of the road. We all were terrified about that because we never encountered this type of situation before. To sum up, this trip was terrifying and unexpected. We never thought of such an incident would happen if visiting any tourist place. I will always remember that holiday in my entire life.
