WHAT IS A CUE CARD?
In the IELTS speaking test, the candidate is required to speak on a topic for about 1 to 2 minutes. The pattern of IELTS exam is designed to check the understanding level of English. The important thing to keep in mind that the topic given in IELTS speaking test cannot be changed. With the speaking topic, 3 to 4 cues are provided which helps candidates to answer the question to the point.

I love to win the awards, and I always like to take part in the fierce competition because it helps me to enhance my skills, and I can work at my utmost capability. Here, I want to talk about an award that my company give at the end of the year, which is “employee of the year”. The company organises a small event in which this prize is given to the best employee. The award includes tour package to Singapore, an iPad and hundred thousand Indian rupees for the winner. For achieving this price, one has to work hard for the entire year. This prize is not only based on efficiency at work. To win this, employees must have to fulfil different factors like how many different skills that a particular employee has learnt in one year, problem-solving skills, conflict handling, and how many initiatives taken. All these things are accessed by a team, and the progress of each employee recorded throughout the year. In the last month of the financial year, that is in March, a small function is organised in which winner is announced, and I know this is very tough prize to win, but I would really love to win it because it is not only a matter of money or tour, but it will help me to enhance my skills.and and upgrade myself to latest technologies. I hope this year I might become an employee of the year because I am giving my hundred per cent while working.

Well, I have achieved many prizes during my academics, which always motivates me to work hard. The award, I want to when is the best employee of the Year. Currently, I am working sales representative in HDFC Bank. Every Year, our company announce the best employee of the Year. From the last two years, I wanted to win this prize but didn’t succeed. In Previous Year, my friend won this prize. Actually, to win this award, we have to achieve some sales targets. In last years, my objectives were not complete due to some personal problems, but this time these are almost complete, I think this will be beneficial for me. This prize also includes a trip within the country with your family. If I win this prize, I have a chance to spend time with my family during this trip. Moreover, it also includes some incentives, perks and promotion. So, this is the price I want to win, which helps me to get promoted in the bank, and also I can enjoy some time with my family outdoors without any expenses.
