Sample Answer:
- The most positive change which took place in my life is related to my waking up time in the morning.
- Since my college began, I used to get up late in the morning.
- But now I get up early in the morning, usually at 6 AM.
- This change took place last year in the month of April when I read the book ‘The 5 AM club’.
- This book is one of the best sellers by Robin Sharma.
- He has mentioned many tricks and tips about how to get up early in the morning.
- As well as, how to make it a habit.
- According to this book, it took the practice of 66 consecutive days to acquire any new habit in life.
- Also, the author has mentioned that any change is hard at the beginning, messy in the middle but gorgeous at the end.
- So, when I first read this book, I tried to adapt those tricks but failed to continue the same routine for more than 10 days.
- However, for the second time when I tried to follow the same regime, I conquered myself and became successful in maintaining the same routine till now.
- It is a positive change for me because from the day I’ve started getting up at 6AM, my entire life has changed.
- Now I never miss my breakfast and daily work-out has become a part of my life.
- Also, I tend to feel more active throughout the day and complete all my daily chores timely.
- So, this is all about a great positive change in my life.
