I like to read a lot. Whenever I have some free time I go online and check the latest news on Google News website so that I can see what is happening around the globe.
Recently, I was browsing the internet and I came across an article regarding health on The Times Now. This article was solely about reasons why people are choosing a sedentary lifestyle and what simple modifications can be done in daily routine so they can have some physical exercise.
I learned a number of things after reading this article, like overtime at work is forcing people not to have any physical activity. People are so tired when they came back home, only things that they can afford to do is to cook a meal and go to bed. Another aspect shared was the influence of digital devices on peoples’ daily routine. To do some exercise, simpler modifications were suggested in the article such as opt to go to the grocery store on foot. If it is possible to take public transport then people have to walk to catch a bus and they are likely to have some exercise.
I believe this article really sheds a light on peoples’ mind that how we are ruining our health. We have to face serious consequences later in life because of no physical activity. It was really a good article and people should read it and even I shared the link of this post on my social media accounts.
