WHAT IS A CUE CARD?
In the IELTS speaking test, the candidate is required to speak on a topic for about 1 to 2 minutes. The pattern of IELTS exam is designed to check the understanding level of English. The important thing to keep in mind that the topic given in IELTS speaking test cannot be changed. With the speaking topic, 3 to 4 cues are provided which helps candidates to answer the question to the point.

Well, we all employ our imaginative capabilities, either consciously or subconsciously as it transits us to another world altogether. Moreover, as I am an architect by profession I get ample opportunities to use my imagination and creativity.
Having said that, one such incident which I profoundly remember is when I was in my graduation year studying architecture. It so happened that we were given a site and entrusted with the task of designing a bungalow on it. Being an unfamiliar terrain for me, even that simple task seemed appalling. However, I recalled having come across some bungalow designs in a magazine. So, I immediately racked up my brain and tried to extract ideas from those designs.
Consequently, the design which I created turned out to be a beautiful amalgamation of those designs and my own imagination. Although it seemed like an uphill task, it felt rewarding when I topped my exams, thanks to that design. All my professors applauded me for my work and effort. To sum it up, it was a great learning experience and it taught me to never give up, come what may. After that, designing ceased to be a harrowing experience for me and instead became an activity that I look forward to with passion and enthusiasm.
