Dear Manager,
This letter is written to express my interest in working with your organisation in the old peoples’ home.
I am a student at York University and I have only 4 hours classes on weekdays. After classes, I stay at home and I would like to utilise my leisure time for working elderly people. I never had a love from grandparents because they died when I was quite young. Therefore, I want to serve old people and get their blessings.
I am a very good storyteller and can engage people for a long time. I am confident that old people would love my stories. Apart from this, I can also help them in their daily routine work. I believe old people deserve top-quality care because they had contributed to the society when they were young.
My classes finish at 2:00 PM and after that, I am free to work as already explained. I am at home next weekdays and kindly schedule an interview for any time that suits you.
