Education plays a pivotal role in the overall development of human beings. Therefore, it is believed that it is quite different to study while in an organisation as work often distract people from concentrating on their studies.
I disagree with the statement that it is not feasible to join professional courses alongside work. While employees at work can understand which classes would be helpful to learn practical skills due to the fact that they got to know the employers need in the market to seek a better job. For instance, recent research by Cambridge University revealed that nearly 60% of the top positions in professional organisations are acquired by those who earned a professional degree in their relevant field of work. Moreover, it is easier for working-class to get a promotion if they pursue un higher studies while working. What is more, in this way of learning, people do not have to worry regarding their financial burden of course tuition fees.
No doubt, people often get distracted from their studies due to the workload given by employers, which can hinder their concentration on study. Another factor is an exhaustive job which can lower final grades. To illustrate, the Times Magazine survey found that 40% of people who study part-time admitted they quit studies when they were overburdened by work responsibilities by their employees. However, learning demands a dedicated effort without any excuses. Therefore people who would like to achieve high milestones must have to come out of their comfort zone.
In the epilogue, I affirm my opinion to work and study together as while work people can decide whether they are on the right track for their bright future, and the salaried person has enough monetary resources to fund their studies.
