You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
- say that the participants liked about the hotel.
- explain why they were unhappy about the food
- suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to give feedback on the meeting that I held for my company’s annual meet in your hotel. The meeting was held at the conference hall no 4 and here I would like to write to you about likes and dislikes that received from the participants.
The best part of your hotel is that all the employees were polite. The way in which they conversed with visitors. moreover, the helpfulness of workers was awesome. everyone approached to provide the necessary help and even guided the visitors to reach at their rooms and meeting halls easily.
Some of my clients, however, complained about the food, especially lunch. Unfortunately, many clients approached me to tell that food was awful. Some of the food served seemed to be prepared one day before the meeting. When I complained to your junior manager, he changed the food items instantly.
I think to ensure that quality food to be served to attendants of meeting you must include a step to check, the food by an official before it is served. In this way, you can eliminate these types of complaints.
