Some people think that radio is the best way to get news while others think that television is better for this purpose.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
It is argued by many that watching news bulletins is a better option, while others believe that radio broadcasters are much convenient to know about worldly news. While newscast on TV often shows videos to explain the news thoroughly, I believe that listening to the news on the radio is far better.
News broadcasters use a lot of graphic material to show ground reality so that a layman can easily understand the story covered by journalists. These practices of news editors make stories covered interesting and encourage people to watch the news regularly for a longer period of time. As experiences from around the world show, news footages accompanied by high-tech graphics insertion during the broadcast of news enables the news channels to increase their viewership. However, I believe that getting continuously aware of current affairs is not feasible vis TV broadcast as it demands certain conditions to work like cable network and electricity.
On the other hand, news broadcast on radio sets can listen anywhere around the country because radio frequency spread throughout the nation and anyone can listen while they are travelling in the countryside. Moreover, news stories on this medium delivered to the audience are precise. From my personal experience, my job requires a lot of travelling from marketing purposes, and listening to the news on the radio is the best option for me to be aware of the current affairs around the world.
in conclusion, although pictorial material makes news interesting, however, while travelling it is better to listen to the radio about current issues.
