Dear Sir / Madam,
Greetings! With profound regret, I am writing this letter to you to express disappointment regarding the installation service that you provide.
Recently, a new computer system was purchased from your esteemed store, and you offered free installation at my home by your expert technician. After installing all the wires and turning it on to show me it was working. However, no operating system was installed on the computer, and therefore only the black screen of the DOS appeared. A request to install the operating system was made by me, however, he refused because it is not included in free installation but you promised this during purchase. He left my home while arguing on this matter.
I request you to send another technician to complete the service offered. A written apology is anticipated from your service center, and I believe this type of unusual behavior of your employee tarnishes the goodwill of your organization. The invoice has been attached to this letter.
Looking forward to your prompt action.
Thank you.
Warm Regards
Johan.
