Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I can no longer work as a computer assistant in your hospital. Currently, I come for 2 hours daily to do unpaid work to learn to work at a big organisation.
My primary job responsibilities are to keep the patients records updated. Whenever I have free time, I go to serve elderly patients, as my grandparents are no longer in this world. Helping and spending time with them, I always feel near to my grandparents.
The reason why I cannot continue this work is that my studies final semester is going to start next month, and I need extra time to spend on the thesis that is going to submit at the end of the session to earn my master’s degree in Computer Programming.
One of my juniors in college is looking to do unpaid service, and Simon, who is also efficient in the computer and is very calm and polite perfect for this job. If you want to hire anyone on my replacement, I hope you will consider him for this position.
Yours sincerely,
John.
