Dear Sir or Madam,
With much disappointment, this letter is written exclusively to express my dissatisfaction of your service. On 22nd September, I boarded the flight no BX12B from New Delhi to London.
The ordeal began when at the visa counter when I saw ignorant behaviour your staff. Inside the plane, flight attendants were callous and not responding to the passenger’s requests. Adding to the misery, some unpleasant noise was coming inside the plane which made difficult to sleep during 18-hour long journey.
Therefore, I request you to contact with the service manager of your company to look into this matter and take appropriate actions. It seems to me that the staff is not fully trained. Moreover, kindly check the mentioned flight number for any damages so other travellers do not suffer from any unwanted noise on this plane.
I hope the responsible authorities of your company will take immediate actions so that it does not tarnish the goodwill of your company. Otherwise, if I face a similar situation during my return flight, I have to take this matter to the Indian Ministry of Aviation and to media.
