Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the excellent service and especially help provided by your staff member named Sam Jordan.
Last week, I stayed for 2 days at your prestigious hotel “Mountain View” at Manali with my family. On the very next of arrival, I had to visit Rohtang Pass, unfortunately, my car didn’t start in the morning.
I tried for nearly half an hour to find the issue in my car. Then one of your staff members “Sam” came forward to help me. He instantly called a mechanic who fixed my car. To a big surprise, he gave payment to the mechanic for repair work because I hadn’t cash at that time. Due to this, we were able to enjoy the snow-clad mountains and this whole experience at your hotel made our trip memorable one.
So, I request you to give some reward in the presence of all employee. Kindly give Sam two coupons which I have sent along with this letter.
