Dear Manager,
I am writing to complain regarding the recent purchase that I had made at your prestigious furniture store.
Yesterday, I came to your store to buy a set of dining table and a study table. I made full payment at your store including delivery charges. The receipt has been attached to this letter.
I was at the office when all items were delivered at my home. In the evening, when I unwrapped all packaging, it was shocking to see that the legs of two dining table chairs were broken, and the dining table’s glass had a huge scratch.
It seems that the delivery company did not take care of the products during transit. I request you to immediately replace all broken items and take necessary actions against the delivery company. I hope you will replace all items as soon as possible.
