Write a complaint letter to a moving company, let them know that they have damaged some of your furniture, tell them you’re not happy about the service and suggest a solution.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Greetings! With much concern, I would like to express the dissatisfaction towards mishandling of my household items during moving to my new apartment.
Last weekend on 22nd September, your company was hired to move all items from Park Avenue to Model Town. First of all, the employees of your company arrived late. Adding to the misery, they did not have enough wrapping material, and behaviour was callous. When furniture items were unwrapped, then to dismay, newly bought dining table had a huge scratch, and one leg of a chair was broken during transit.
Unfortunately, this was the worst experience, I ever had with movers and packers. I have paid the full payment in advance and extra payment for careful transit of fragile materials. For your reference, the receipt has been enclosed with this letter. It is anticipated that proper training should be given to employees so that it does not tarnish the goodwill of your company.
Anticipating the letter of apology for mishandling.
Warm regards,
Benjamin Smith.
