Dear Manager,
I am writing in regard to raise my concern about reduced train service from Ludhiana to Chandigarh city.
I am a working professional, and I take the train to reach Chandigarh. Last week, I got to know that passenger train leaving the railway station at 7:00 AM from Ludhiana city was no longer in service. This was really shocking to hear.
Currently, I am taking Chandigarh Express which leaves at 6:00 AM. It is quite early for me and other working people because this train reaches Chandigarh at 7:30 AM. However, all offices open at 10:00 AM. It is just a wastage of peoples’ time.
Therefore, I request you on behalf of regular passengers of this train to resume service of Passenger Train. This would actually save time for hundreds of people. I hope you will take affirmative action to resume train service.
