Dear Manager,
I am writing regarding the issues being faced at the reception area and which steps should be taken for its improvement.
As our company belongs to the after-sales service. The most common complaint raised by visitors is that there is a long waiting period before they are being served. Also, there is a lack of sitting arrangements. Most importantly, there is no one available to manage the queue of visitors.
The kind of service customers receive at the reception desk has a strong impression of their mind. If customers are not treated very well, this portrays the negative image of our company. In the future, this will have a significant negative impact on the company’s business.
I think it is quite important to greet customers when they enter the premises and a token should be issued so that they can sit and wait for their turn. This will reduce a lot of chaos at the reception area. Lastly, more sitting arrangements should be made in the waiting area.
