The question or statement is usually given in the form of an opinion and you are required to give your point of view on it. This section is not about giving your personal opinion but rather about providing arguments and facts to support your opinion. You are expected to be clear and concise with your words, as well as provide evidence that supports what you are saying. You should also be able to maintain an objective tone throughout the essay, without expressing any personal feelings towards the topic being discussed.
