All the people in a company should be treated equally and provided with the same number of vacation leaves per year.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this?
It has been argued that each worker in an organisation should be given the same treatment and an equal number of holidays to all workers. This essay agrees with this statement because each employee plays a pivotal role to run an organisation, and all workers deserve the same paid leaves.
Firstly, each worker in an organisation performs their duties with a dedication to run all operations. When they are treated unbiasedly, they feel like an integral part of the organisation. This instils a feeling of being equally valued in the organisation. For example, a recent study by Cambridge University found that companies which belief in fair treatment to all employees have more satisfied workers.
Secondly, all people working in an organisation need a break from work so that they can spend enough time with their families and to their hobbies. Providing the same number of holidays in a year to each employee enables them to devote their free time with their families and interests, regardless of their position in the organisation. To illustrate, I work in an organisation, where all employees are given the same number of vacations each year, and this enabled me to have enough time to spend with my family.
In conclusion, equal treatment and the same number of holidays is an important aspect for an organisation and its employees because work of each employee is important to run an organisation and the same number of holidays provides a break to employees from work regardless of their position in the company.
