A sports club in your area is about to be closed and you oppose to that.
Write a letter to the manager and make suggestions why it is important that the club stays open.
Dear Mr Robert,
I am writing this letter regarding your plan to close the club in Houston city.
My name is Jack Smith, and I am a resident of Houston city. I have been a premium member of your club for 2 years.
Since I learnt from one of my friends about your decision to shut down your sports complex in our locality, I am really worried as your club has been playing a vital role to keep citizens of my town healthy. As your club is the only sports complex in our area, so it would be very difficult for us to find an alternative.
Although I do not know the exact reason that prompted you to take this decision, if it is because you are not benefited in terms of profit, I have some suggestions. Firstly, it would be a good idea that you escalate the membership prices to earn some more money. Secondly, we, all citizens of the area, can seek some financial assistance from Municipal Corporation as your club is doing a commendable job to keep the public healthy.
I hope you take my suggestions into consideration before making your final decision.
Yours faithfully,
Jack Smith
