Some people believe that it is best to accept a situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
It is argued that during difficult times, people must accept whatever they have, like unsatisfactory work or weak financial situation, however, others say that it is best to fight against odds to improve difficult situations. While there is uncertainly around deliberate efforts can improve bad time, I believe that the best way to live a life is to fight with problems.
On the one hand, It cannot be assured that a new job would be able to improve our conditions. This is because work ethic and job security vary from one company to another. Thus, it is very difficult to say that a new job will be satisfactory and improve financial condition. Due to this, it is much better to accept the current situation. To illustrate, a recent study by Cambridge University found that 30% of people who changed work because of working conditions and shortage of money were not able to achieve any of these. However, I do not agree with this school of thought because of the reason elucidated below.
On the other hand, there are those who think it is an approach to put deliberate actions to improve bad situations of life. This is because the best way to tackle with odds in life is to fight against them and find solutions to problems. For example, I was facing financial difficulty a couple of years back and I was looking for opportunities to clear my debt. I got an idea to start an online shop and it helped me financially to clear my all debt. Therefore, I agree with this school of thought because finding a better opportunity can help us to improve our lives.
In conclusion, although accepting a difficult situation will not make the current situation to the worst, I believe that fighting with a difficult situation to improve our life is a much better approach.
