I am writing this letter in regard to publish an advert in your newspaper about a community meeting that I have planned to organise later this month.
I am Gurwinder Singh, and I am the president of Come Together Club. I have booked the main hall of Park Resorts to organise a meeting located at Downtown, Toronto.
This meeting will be on 28th June 2020. The entry to the venue will start from sharp 10:00 AM, and the meeting will last for about 4-5 hours. Anyone is allowed to enter and leave the meeting at their convenience.
The main motive of the club is to bring people closer to each other from all races and nations. It will build a stronger bond in the local community. Also, it would be a great chance for people to make friends out of their community.
