Some people think that the only way to relax is a rest or sleep, while others say people need to do exercise or sport to relax.

It is argued that in order to relax, it is better to take a nap or sit freely, while others opine that doing physical activities is a much better choice to relax. While sitting uselessly repairs body cells, I believe that exercise helps people to free from daily worries.
On the one hand, when people are not doing anything or in the bed, during this time the body repairs broken tissues. This leads to having a relaxed feeling after having some rest or sleep. For example, a recent study by Cambridge University found that 20% of people who remained at home to relax had a very good structure of their body cells and mostly felt healthy. However, I do not agree with this school of thought because of the reason elucidated below.
On the other hand, doing physical activities such as exercising or playing sports helps people to relieve everyday stress of life and work. On carrying out these activities, the body demands relaxation and this results in deep sleep without worrying about daily life. To illustrate, after reading a book named “Morning Miracle”, I realized that exercise can do wonder in my life. On a daily basis, I do some exercise when I come back from my office. This has helped me to free from everyday stress due to better sleep at night. Therefore, I believe that this view should be preferred.
In conclusion, while doing nothing or sleeping fixes the body tissues, I believe that exercising helps to keep people away from the stress they have in life.
