My name is Sam, and I rented a car on 15th July from your company. My work as a salesperson requires to travel around 6 to 8 hours a day. In this hot weather we have, a car with the non-functional air conditioner is uncomfortable and makes me tiring.
The car I rented is Swift with registration number S346709. When I rented the car, I was told that it is fully functional. But on the same day, when I pick up the vehicle, after some time the air conditioner stopped working. I tried to get it started, but I failed. I file a complaint to the customer care service, and they assured me that I would get a replacement within 24 hours, but no one communicates with me since then. It is a very disappointing service.
I request an immediate replacement with the new car expect that you reply to me as soon as possible. Also, I want that you can question your customer care employees on this matter.
