-Explain about what you ordered,
– Ask why the two other items were different,
– Ask about how would he solve this problem.

With much disappointment, this letter is written exclusively to lodge a complaint about the delivery of wrong items.
On dated 20th September, an order was placed for a mobile cover and a screen protector from your prestigious website amazon.com. It was clearly mentioned in products description that these two items are fully compatible with mobile Redmi Note 7s. To the dismay, on unwrapping, It was discovered that mobile cover is not as per mobile design similar issue found with a screen protector as well.
As these items are worthless to retain, therefore, it is requested that to start the return process and send me the correct items as per the design of mobile. Failure in doing so would tarnish the goodwill of your company. Besides, kindly make necessary improvements during the packing process to deliver the right products to customers.
A prompt action anticipated to solve my problem.
