Greetings! This letter is written to express concern about an incident that happens to me due to which I could not able to board the plane.
On the last Tuesday 22nd August, a ticket was booked by me from New Delhi to London. The scheduled departure of flight was at 2:00 AM, and after parking my car, when I was moving towards international departure entrance, I slipped on a slippery floor. I felt severe pain in my foot, and airport management called the ambulance, which took me to the hospital where it was found that my ankle is broken. To the dismay, there was not any caution sign.
During my trip, I had an appointment with a client. Moreover, I missed my training class that was scheduled from 25th August to 30th August. This is a significant loss for me and my organization. However, the client agreed to schedule another appointment after explaining my situation.
It is anticipated that an advisory would be issued to the cleaning department so that proper warning signs are placed during work. Besides, kindly make an arrangement to accommodate in 25th September flight to London.
