It is believed that it is vital to keep living place and office clean, organised and place everything at a predefined place. I agree with this statement because it helps to stable peoples’ mind and it becomes quite easier to locate items when everything is organised.
The main reason why keeping a house and work-area clean is important because this helps to stay focused. When there is a chaos of different things at home or office, it becomes quite difficult to control mental behaviour and people start feeling irritated. Therefore, a tidy place can clam mind and enables people to stay focused. For example, a recent study by Cambridge University found that people who lived at untidy places find it diffcult to focus on their study or work than those who live at organised places.
The major reason to keep everything oranised is that it becomes easier to find daily use items. This is because at an organised office or house, it is a common practice to place things at a defined place, such as keys at keystand, wallet in the drawer. Therefore, there is no need to rush for finding items when these are needed as they can be easily collected from their location. To illustrate, in my house, I hang any type of keys at keystand and place my wallet on reading table. This habit of organising things helps me to locate my belongings easily.
In conclusion, it is quite important to keep spaces tidy and organised where people spend most of their time because it aids in staying focused and the habit of organisation helps to locate items easily.
