Describe a long walk you ever had
You have to say:
-
When this happened?
-
Where you walked?

Who you were with?
-
And explain how you felt about this walk?
Sample Answer:
- Walking is a great exercise, and I love walking when the temperature outside is not extreme.
- Here, I would like to talk about a time when I went for a walk along with my friends in a national park.
- Last year, I went to Manali in Himachal Pradesh, and there saw a big signboard of the national reserve.
- I never went into a national park. Therefore, I discussed having a long walk in reserve with my friends.
- There is a marginal fee to enter the park because it is located in a tourist hotspot, and so many people visit it.
- The national park trail is about 10 KMS, and the whole trail is surrounded by long trees and local flora and fauna.
- Several sightseeing places are built for tourists to sit and enjoy the beauty of nature.
- As this was the first time I went to a national park, I was genuinely overwhelmed with joy.
- It was a totally different experience that cannot be explained in words.
- I never felt this type of calm and peace ever in my life.
- I really enjoyed this walk with my friends.
- So this was the long walk.
Follow-up:
- What outdoor activities do people like?
Well, different age groups tend to do various types of outdoor activities. Children and young people and fit and active, therefore they tend to do more physically active activities such as playing sports, jogging, etc. However, older people just go for a walk or do yoga in parks.
- Is leisure time important to everyone? Why?
I think yes. Everyone should take out some free time to spend for themselves only. They can sit alone and focus their mind on setting goals. This could help people to become better and mature people.
- Do women have more leisure than men?
I didn’t think this is correct because both tend to do a lot of work, whether a female is a working woman or a housewife. Women who remain at home do household chores and take care of children and elderly people at home. So most of the time they spend on this. Therefore, it is not wise to say women work less than men.
