What do people do to stay healthy in your country?
To keep our body fit and healthy m we have to take a nutritional diet, do physical workout and release the stress from the mind. There are many ways which can be implemented to keep our body fit. In the following pieces of fragments, I will discuss how people in my country stay healthy.
The major aspect to have a healthful living is to have a balanced diet. All vitamins and minerals are required in food to eradicate deficiencies in the body. As a result, people eat different types of vegetables and dry fruits to stay healthy.
Another aspect to stay healthy is exercising. This can be achieved either by going out for jogging or workout in the gym. People choose physical activity according to their age. For example, young prefer professional techniques to build body while senior citizens, on the other hand, choose jogging in the open air.
Today’s fast life puts enormous pressure on all citizens. Thus, to stay mentally stable, some techniques for relieving stress are adopted by citizens such as Yoga and meditation. Both are ancient Indian exercises and are different from each other. In Yoga, some respiratory activities relieve stress. However, in meditation people sit for a long time to distract their mind from the worldly matters.
In conclusion, health is a key factor to live a joyful life and people in my country take a balanced diet, do physical activities and use stress relieving techniques to stay well.
